Terms of Service

Payment must be sent before I start on your commission.
You have 24 hours to respond to me, 48 hours to send the payment. Failure to do so will result in your commission discarded.
I do take partial payments but half must be provided up front. This can be discussed prior to commission.
Once I start on your commission, I will not refund. You may not request a refund after the sketch is finished.
Do not harrass me over completing your commission. I complete most commissions within 1-3 months. If you have a deadline, please discuss with me prior to commissioning.
I provide updates if I must be delayed. If you are concerned about commissioning and the time frame, I can provide references from past commissioners.
Do not pester me to finish your commission ASAP. I am a college student so during the school season I'm slower. I will get to yours however.
I have the right to refuse/refund any commission.
I have the right to refuse any request, details, or aspect of the commission.
I have the right to use any commission for my own purposes. i.e. examples.
Do not edit my watermark.
You are not allowed to redistribute work or use for commercial purposes unless discussed prior to commission.
Credit the work. You may reupload work to your account and other websites only if credits are placed and linked back to my profile or site.
I provide progress works if requested. Otherwise I will start the commission and finish without any update after the sketch.
I will redo complete sketches up to two times. Afterwards, either one sketch will be chosen by the commissioner to progress with or a refund may be requested. 25% will be kept for the work completed for the sketches.
I accept Credit Card, Paypal, and Deviantart Points (prefer paypal)

You are allowed to reupload art for personal use and post on Deviantart and other websites as long as credit is provided. It may also be used for personal, private works. However, the art may not be sold even if the character is for sale. The person usage rights may be transferred to the new owner, however they are agreeing to abide by these rules.

Manipulating, distorting, etc. is allowed for personal use. i.e. tags, banners, etc. Covering or removing the watermark is forbidden. Manipulating the art onto other work/collections is forbidden. If you are unsure of the usage please contact me for further details.

Usage

Redistributing

You are allowed to upload images on the work onto other websites or for icons, banners, etc provided credit is given and linked back to me. You are allowed to reupload watermarked versions to your Deviantart gallery so long as credit is provided and linked back to my account. If an unwatermarked piece is given to you, it is forbidden to reupload on any site and must be kept for personal use only.

Copyright

I own all copyrights to material I create. You may not claim the work as your own or use for commercial purposes unless discussed prieviously. While you may own the character or the art may be for you, you do not own the image yourself so please do not claim it as your own.
